        The Cascade Fox Trotter Association was formed to promote the enjoyment and usage of the Missouri Fox Trotter horse. Developed to work cattle and to carry riders smoothly and quickly over rough terrain in the Ozark Mountain area of Missouri, the Fox Trotter is known for its easy disposition, smooth gait, sure-footedness, and versatility. The Cascade Fox Trotter Association provides educational, fun, family-oriented activities such as trail rides, clinics, social gatherings, and horse shows.
